Sara and Aaron was great from start to finish. They were very clear with instructions, and instructions left nothing out. The place was amazing ans very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place!!

The house was the most stocked of any place I’ve stayed. It made the long weekend a lot more easy to navigate. The house itself was 5 stars but I do want to note that the backyard isn’t kid friendly because the neighbors have a dog who bark and leap the entire time you try to be outside. I don’t count that against the owners of this house but it did take away a little of the enjoyment for my toddler. We would still for sure stay again.

My wife, two friends, and I stayed here for five nights while attending my son’s wedding on April 10th. The place was quiet, charming, and very well organized, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—central and convenient, making it easy to explore downtown New Albany on foot. Behind it was the Ohio River. We cooked out meals in the complete kitchen and did our laundry too. We found it close to the Dollar Store and resturants. We bought a lot of really fancy jewelry at a place called Ronaldo’s jewelry which is nearby. It is truly a homey feeling there. And run quite professionally though we never had a face to face with our host. There might be some railroad nosie at night but its negligible. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after busy days celebrating the wedding. Overall, it was a fantastic home base, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Truly was great. It’s a nice isolated home to enjoy the beautiful land and watch the starts at night. Something you would enjoy if want to get away for a while. The hospitality was great and if there were any issues the response was quick!! Not wanting to spoil anything just check it for yourself!!!
