Charming little townhouse close to forest and beach. The house is located in Sæby's old cozy neighborhood with only a 5 minute walk to Sæby square. The house is located in a lovely old garden with cozy farm environment and access from the garden to the fishing path that leads directly to the harbor and the most beautiful beach. The house is 50 m2 with two sleeping places in a large loft in single beds (unsuitable for people with walking difficulties) as well as two sleeping places in the living room on the sofa bed. Max. 2 adults and possibly two children BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

Small summerhouse

Relax in the countryside in our quiet home, walking distance to the beach. This small summerhouse is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with shower and hallway with stairs up to 1. Sal. Here is a small room with a bunk bed and kitchen in open connection with the living room. Our little house is located on a large plot overlooking fields. We have a large vegetable garden and chicken coop. The summerhouse is ideal as a base from where you can go on a trip to Skagen, Fårup summerland and FarmFun in Ålbæk.

Cozy cottage with lots of outdoor space. The house is ideal for those who want a quiet holiday with lots of nature. In addition to three rooms, the house has a living room/living room with a wood-burning stove and a conservatory overlooking the large park-like garden. There is a lake and a forest to the grounds. The house is located 2 km from the beach and 5 km to the nearest grocery store. The charming town of Sæby can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The energy in the house is delivered CO2 neutral via Danish windmills, solar cells, etc.

The house is originally a house, built in 1782 with 4 ha of land. There were 50 tons of seaweed on the main house in 2017. Apartment B is made in the former barn and barn. And apartment A is the original farmhouse. For example, there's a feed crib, water post, and most places high ceilings. Under the seaweed roof, the back is visible. We have had the house since 2008 and therefore there has been the same owner for 54 years. We've kept a lot of old stuff. New floor heater, electricity, water and sewer have been made in 2018/19

Similarly, a short distance to both the city center/shops, forest if you are into MTB or walks. There are 2 sup boards with wetsuits, life jackets and all equipment ready.
