Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Pupae is a very friendly host and the place is perfect for a getaway to the coast.

The house is very cute. Perfect for family visits. My father loves it. There is a lift up and down. Very convenient.

The response was quick and the inconvenient problem was resolved quickly, so it was good. The accommodation is very clean!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Book his place now people what are you waiting for?

Peace, calm and private. There’re some local restaurant and local convenience shop nearby where you can find some stuff and feel a local vibes. I love the kitchen where I can cook easy menu with my family. K.Chalermchai is a great host, super quick response. We will visit your place again for sure, thank you so much ka.

The condo unit was very nice. You could tell it it has been upgraded. The balcony overlooked part of the city and part of the bay so very nice view. The only drawback in my opinion is there are very long corridors and you always have to go up steps

The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Excellent stay. As usual, the host was very responsive to any questions I had and the location of this condo is unmatched. It's within walking distance of countless restaurants, malls, bars, stores, and right off the beach. The condo also has plenty of space with a smart tv, kitchen, and washer if you need it. I enjoyed my stay very much and plan to book this condo again in the future.

Really good location, on 26th floor, with an incredible sea view from the living room and from master bedroom! Flat is brand new, really good!

The place was as described. The elevator was superb! My grandmother only has to climb a few steps up to the first floor; the rest is conveniently done by the elevator. The view from the windows is breathtaking. I particularly like the living room, which is spacious and connects to the dining area. The whole family can enjoy quality time together, rather than being in their own rooms in a hotel. The kitchen is of a good size and has all the things you need, from a rice cooker, a toaster, to a mortar and pestle, and more! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and gave Rithika's place five stars.

Nice condo, lots of restaurants in walking distance, 15 minute taxi from main part of Pattaya if you want to go but It was nice to be away from busy centre, pool facilities were lovely, steps down onto the beach, great for a romantic get away
