The apartment includes 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed, Ideally located at the entrance to the Morvan Regional Park: * 2.5 hrs. from Paris * 10 min from the A6 autoroute exit * 15 min from Saulieu * 15 min from Semur-en-Auxois * 25 minutes from the Parc de l'Auxois * Several lakes nearby: Lac de Pont, Chamboux, Saint-Agnan, Lac des Settons.

The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Accessible by a balcony, open kitchen to living room and dining room (2 sofas including 1 sofa bed for 2 people). Upstairs, 1 shower and 1 toilet, 2 double bedrooms (including 1 with a bunk bed) under the attic, each with a sink. Renovated in January 2021.
