Loved staying at Henniker Manor. Amenities listed were all included and area was clean and neat. Bedrooms were satisfactory and kitchen was large and clean as well. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay at Henniker Manor!

Great place yo stay, clean and plenty of room. I would stay here again if i was in town.

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful studio apartment near the water, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The location was perfect—just steps from the serene waterfront, providing breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. The studio itself was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. Our host was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. They even went the extra mile by providing delicious homemade cookies, which were a delightful treat after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this charming studio to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway near the water. I can’t wait to return!

The accommodations were exactly as described, perfect location for a ski weekend. 4 teens enjoyed the pool and game room and we met some super friendly people! Restaurants directly across the street was perfect, would love to stay again

This beautiful apartment is very cozy, clean, plenty of space and is located in the center of everything. This place is great for 4 people with 2 big bedrooms. This was not an issue for me but it may be an issue for an elderly person, using the stairs to get up to the apartment. The stairway is narrow, but that’s to be expected when you have an older home. Our host responded very quickly, he was very helpful making sure I was comfortable during my stay and was always responded in a timely matter. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this place.

Korene’s place was perfect. She had everything you could think of, even a step stool and some toys for my toddler to use. The location is great, as it is very walkable to downtown or to many parks/ playgrounds.

Monica is absolutely great to rent from! She is so kind and generous , always doing anything she can to make the guest comfortable and have a great stay! She will go over and beyond. Highly recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. It was a 12 minute walk to downtown Portsmouth and 8-12 minute walk to a few breweries. Free on-street parking at the apartment was plentiful (good luck downtown). A well stocked convenience store is directly across the street. The apartment is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items as well as extra pillows and blankets. We found the apartment to be very clean. If we ever visit Portsmouth again, we will not hesitate to book this apartment again.

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Lovely spot in a peaceful area, you are about an hour from Portland proper but it’s a beautiful drive. This place has everything you need.

Our family has stayed at a lot of air bnb rentals and this was one of the nicest! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the walkway down to the rental. The snacks/breakfast items provided were so helpful and made getting ready for skiing the next morning so easy since we didn’t have to take time to find a grocery store or restaurant. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with and we’d stay here again in the future.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at Vicky’s. The apartment was prefect. We enjoyed the hot tub and our kids had a blast sledding. We skied Waterville and Cannon. We also visited the ice castles during our stay. We hope to return to Vicky’s in the future!

Caitlin’s place was so quiet and cute! The perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub in room was amazing and the view is breathtaking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay. Easy self check-in, the host was super responsive about minor questions, the place was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is very kid friendly, there's a nice playground across the street, a beach and mini shopping plaza, and an athletic club (passes were $50/day for families) all within a 5 minute walk. Fantastic experience and would definitely stay again.

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

This was perfect for our family ski weekend! We were 4 adults, 1 kid, the two bedrooms worked for us! Easy to access, had everything we needed to cook a little in the kitchen and hang out. Loved having access to pool and arcade. Hosts were very responsive with any questions or concerns we had! Would definitely come back again!

This is our second stay at this place. It was perfect for our 3 day trip to ski and visit the area. I was excited to see they added a gym also to the lodge as well. Will definitely book again!
