Lovely condo with big garden minutes from market

Beautiful ground floor condo with spacious yard, garden, free parking and lovable cat. Very lively but quiet neighbourhood just minutes from the Jean-Talon market and Little Italy, bakeries, cafés, grocery, pharmacy, wine bars, breweries and more. Once you walk in the yard, you enter an oasis that seems miles away from the city’s buzz. Subway station 5 minutes away, 20 minutes from downtown and Old Montreal. This condo is perfect for a couple. You could have a third person sleep on the couch.

This was the best airbnb stay my husband & I have ever had. We received the warmest of welcomes from Sandie, a truly engaged host who clearly loves what she does. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, & much more spacious than we expected. Its location in the Plateau neighborhood was perfect for us. A big plus was breakfast each morning in the communal kitchen, where we enjoyed meeting & talking with other guests. As other reviews have mentioned, the delicious aroma of croissants in the oven tells you that breakfast will soon be ready. I should also mention that Maria, Sandie's sweet assistant, is wonderful. I hope to stay here again! Thank you, Sandie!

Staying at Sandra’s place was such a comforting and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm and welcoming. The free breakfast was a lovely and thoughtful bonus. And I can’t forget to mention her adorable cats — they added such a cozy, homey vibe to the whole stay. It’s clear that Sandra genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cecilia makes you feel right at home. Her BnB has a convenient location. It’s just a one block walk to the LionelGroulx metro #2 stop that takes you directly to the main train station in downtown Montreal. The number 747 bus is a nonstop ride to/from the airport and takes about 20 minutes. There is a new bakery a block away and it’s a three block walk to the Marché Atwater. One could “graize” for days without ever leaving the market. Around the market, you will find many restaurant choices from a typical diner to high-end foodie choices.
