It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Our House offers small apartments, completely furnished suitable for families. - living room equipped with a with kitchen corner . - master bedroom - spacious bathroom with shower -lush mediterranean garden: lawn/ solarium/barbecue, vegetable garden, fruit trees, citrus trees and vineyard over 2000 m2 The furnishings are functional, modern and well looked after -the kitchen is fully equipped in order to fix your own breakfast or other meals -parking available for motorbikes and cars -Our Apartment is located in a very quiet spot however it is only 5 min on foot from the town of Lacco Ameno, with its thermal spas, shops, beaches, the marina and museums. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

The large panoramic terrace, from which you can admire the port of Lacco Ameno and its "mushroom", is equipped for dining and sunbathing. Just go down the stairs of the house to have everything available; beaches, bus stop, taxi, parking, supermarket, bar, restaurants, shopping, and less than 1 km the beautiful bay of S. Montano and the Pithecusae Museum.

Nestor's House

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

Rent an apartment for weekends,or week for couples,or family of three, parking space, quiet,sunny area,and admire the enchanting sunsets. He also occupied me with organic agricultural products that I grow in my garden and according to the period I offer some products to the tenants who can cook for them and taste my delicacies. I recommend coming to visit the island of Ischia for its beauty for its thermal parks, beaches and fun.

Apartment a stone's throw from the center of Lacco Ameno, with an outdoor dining area and a shower with which you can freshen up. The apartment has a bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed. Small swimming pool heated in cooler periods available to guests at set times. The use of the heated swimming pool is reserved for the months from September to June with times that will be communicated upon arrival.

You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, intimacy and posizione.I our apartments with sea view, located directly on the sand, can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
