L'éco-gîte se trouve en pleine nature au cœur de 4 ha nichés au bord de la rivière, une piscine naturelle couverte partagée (ouverte mi-fin Mai à mi-Septembre), d'une terrasse et de jeux pour les enfants. La maison offre une pièce principale avec large cuisine, une chambre pour 2, une mezzanine douillette avec 2 lits simples. Nous sommes vignerons en biodynamie. Proximité de Minerve, Canal du Midi, Gorge d'Héric, Carcassonne...Un lieu de paix et de ressourcement. A partir de 5 nuitées l'été.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Close to the medieval city of Carcassonne, at the foot of the Montagne Noire and 40 minutes from the first beaches of the Mediterranean, it is perfect as a base for visits to the region. It can also be used as a stopover during a business trip due to its functionality.

The ideal isolated escape ! This cosy cottage is hidden away in the beautiful and largely undiscovered Vallée de Gijou. As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes).
