Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

This former bakery and its vaulted cellar, which in its time served as a workshop for the craftsman, now welcomes you in a luxurious loft refurbished for a stay in the wine and gastronomic capital of Burgundy. Its central location in the city, close to restaurants, monuments and public transport is dedicated to rest and relaxation.

In a private residence, the duplex can accommodate up to 4 guests with a large bedroom upstairs (queen size bed, video projector with Netflix and Disney+) and a spacious bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. You have a sofa bed with mattress for optimal sleeping quality. The terrace with barbecue will allow you to enjoy an outdoor meal in good weather. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
