We welcome you in a charming chalet of 39m2 with a terrace of 40m2 located in a lush park bordered by the river "La petite Leyre". You are in the heart of the village of Sore. You will enjoy its shops and sports facilities by walk. You are 30 min from the vineyards the lakes of Hostens, 50 minutes from the Center Parc, the Bassin d'Arcachon and 1 H from Bordeaux and the beaches of Biscarrosse. You are ideally located to be able to do activities while being able to rest in peace.

Ideally located in the countryside in Bas-Mauco in the Landes, less than 5 minutes from Saint-Sever, and 15 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan. Pleasant 25 m² studio, fully furnished with taste, adjoining our property, with separate and private entrance, composed of: - Equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stove, utensils) - Bedroom with 160 x 200 bed - Bathroom - Separate toilet - Smart TV and Wi-Fi - Small private outdoor area. We offer a maisonette (gîte 1 on the map photo). 2 bedrooms overlooking the property, a living room, a new equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, glass hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine), anti-fly/mosquito device, private parking with terrace to the south, accessible salt pool. We also have a barbecue available for you, a ping pong table, a fronton, bicycles and others. The pool is shared with the family, and the second gîte.
