Excellent experience, quiet house surrounded by nature, it's exactly what we were looking for!

There were 8 of us and we had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was there for a successful stay: an ideal layout, pleasant living spaces, a very well-equipped and tastefully decorated house. The bedding is of high quality, everyone slept like a baby! The pool is a real plus, very well maintained. And the house is perfectly located to visit the Ardèche and enjoy all the activities in the area. A real cocoon, comfortable and friendly. We leave with great memories. Thank you for this beautiful parenthesis.

a beautiful house in a beautiful environment. a splendid view of the valley. in a quiet place, and far from everything. we were there to ride a bike with a foot on the ground. Via Rhona is 30 minutes by bike. but the region is fantastic for this activity. a beautiful pool in a beautiful setting. a beautiful, clean, modern house with everything you need. 3 beautiful bedrooms + a room that serves as a bedroom with a sofa bed with a very good mattress. The only downside is that there is no shed or garage available to store bikes and accessories.

Super clean apartment equipped with everything you need. In addition, a nice large pool, which provided cooling in the great heat. Really a top holiday home.

Very nice place countryside, very refreshing and not isolated, the warm welcome and everything it needed to be at home, comfortable house and very pleasant to live in, the owner next door ,really adorable and very cool , congratulations to Christophe we will surely come back!

Excellent stay in Ardèche in this very nice accommodation, well furnished and equipped. The exteriors are very nice, the interiors very practical, the separation into 3 independent apartments brings comfort, and everything is well located with a warm and pleasant welcome! Thanks!

Pascal and his partner are very friendly and available. Very nice place. The pool turns out to be the most of the rental, essential given the July temperatures; which make walks complicated before 6pm. The starry nights are exceptional with the only noise of a few passing animals. Be careful to manage the shutters and ventilation of the rooms to avoid stifling nights. I recommend this rental

We had a fantastic stay on this wonderful property. The house is lovely and comfortable, design and beautiful and perfect for families to spend some great time and discover areas around. The swimming pool and outdoor table is just magical in the early evenings. Additionally Hélène has been flexible with check-in and check-out times which was greatly appreciated and made our stay even easier.

We had a wonderful EVJF weekend, the villa was superb, with a very large pool and sound system all around. The kitchen is very functional as well as the bar area near the pool. Jérôme is very friendly and responsive. There was a little misunderstanding about the extra option on the supply of sheets and towels but he was able to make a gesture. I recommend it.

We had a great time with the family in this beautiful home. The house is tastefully decorated and very well equipped inside and out. Having bathrooms in every room is a real plus, which greatly facilitated our stay. Emmanuelle, the owner is very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. She is very communicative and has provided us with a wealth of information about what to do in the surrounding area, which allowed us to experience the area optimally. Christophe, meanwhile, was very responsive to our different requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental and hope to have the opportunity to come back someday!

We had a great stay in this beautiful Mas, too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool, the weather wasn't suitable, but we used the sauna and jacuzzi. Nothing was missing for our comfort The house is very clean and spacious I'll just put a small downside on the underground room, it was damp, in summer it must be nice Daniela is very friendly, attentive and gives good advice Thank you for a great discovery Sylvette

Very good stay, the view is incredible, very well-equipped accommodation. Host is responsive. Even with rainy weather we were able to enjoy the pool and veranda which is a real plus. Follow the instructions sent by email to access the accommodation, the road under construction, at the time of our stay, made access a little complicated.

We had a great weekend at the Mas du Talon, the setting is beautiful, the place is very soothing. The villa is super well equipped. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you again for the quality of the welcome.

The accommodation offered by Valérie is located in a beautiful setting, with a superb view, and top facilities for a relaxing stay (swimming pool, barbecue, deckchair...) it is located near all our favourite Ardèche corners (Ruoms, Vogüé, La Beaume, Vallon Pont d'Arc, etc.). it was very easy to pick up and return the accommodation with the key box, Valérie had even planned some small gifts for our arrival! i can only recommend!! Great cottage in nature with swimming pool, barbecue, near Barjac, pretty village. Purchase of goat cheese, olive oil and pork ribs: local products!! highly recommend! Great welcome from Edith and Christian with lots of tips... excellent value for money restaurants.

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious home ideal for families. Labeaume village and the river are a short walk away with restaurants, cafes and a small epecerie. The river is stunning and a lovely spot to relax, plenty of nature to entertain children playing on the beach. The house is well appointed. Pool was great. Alain the caretaker was very helpful and flexible with our late check in.

We had a fabulous holiday in the Ardèche, thanks to the great accommodation! The house is very quiet and yet you could walk to the supermarket and take beautiful walks around the place. We found the pool area with the great outdoor kitchen and covered dining area to be particularly beautiful. There is a lot to explore and experience around the place, both cities and nature. I'm sure we'll be back !

Brilliant stay at Stephanie’s villa. We were six adults and four young children. Lovely pool which wasn’t that warm when we went but we had a lot of rain unfortunately. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen set up and equipment. Shutters on windows meant a good nights sleep. Electric gates and pool alarm for child safety. Can walk to Ruoms which has lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. Close to lots of historical villages and towns. Face to face check in and walk through which was appreciated. Overall very happy with the stay, would only have been better if the weather was warm but that’s not the hosts fault!

The Ardeche is a beautiful area to visit. And Vallon Pont D’Arc is a good base to explore the region. The house was excellent and spotlessly clean. The next door neighbour Gaelle met us on arrival and explained everything. She even sorted out the TV when the children wanted to watch film. Would throughly recommend.

Manu is friendly and accommodating, the house is clean, functional and well-equipped. We had a great weekend with the family, thank you very much!
