The property is located 3 km from the center of Labastide d'Armagnac, 25' from Mont-de Marsan (Landes) and Nogaro (Gers), 20' from Lake Uby in Cazaubon and about 1h30 from Bordeaux, the Pyrenees and the Landes coast

This pretty Landes house is nestled in the heart of Armagnac! The calm and beauty of the landscapes make it a guarantee of rest to better recharge your batteries! For 8 years, we have been renovating it constantly, and can say today that it is very comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teenagers love to go there, and we have a great time with the family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow!
