The house is located on the "Via Matildica del Volto Santo" route, a few kilometers from the Castle of Canossa. Upon request, we can accommodate your 4-legged friend in a 20 sqm Dog-box, with about 3,000 sqm of private fenced green area available.

Renovated ancient barn that is part of a 17th-century house, consisting of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and mezzanine bedroom, with a parking space in a closed courtyard. The rooms are small but very cozy, can comfortably accommodate 2 people + possibly 1 person (double sofa bed). The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 15 km from the Pietra di Bismantova, 2 km from the swimming pool and the castle of Carpineti, surrounded by numerous nature trails.

Guests will have at their disposal an entire apartment with private bathroom, kitchen, large living area. The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom.
