Juan was a really great host and accomodating. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed for a couple weeks. The area is safe and Plaza Norte is a 15 minute walk, the bed is super comfortable, internet is pretty reliable and fast, the gym is dope, the desk and chair are comfortable, the kitchen is solid, the shower has hot water and the toilet has a nice flush. For the price its well worth it. There's some dog barking outside and the couch smells a bit like dog pee so I covered it with a blanket to mask it a bit. Otherwise, I have no complaints really!

This was my first trip to Lima, Peru and I was blown away by the accommodation, responsiveness of the hosts, and the rich culture of the neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as described, and had incredible natural light. Our flight arrived in the middle of the night and the check-in process was seamless! We loved being able to walk around to local shops, supermarket, restaurant, and the paths overlooking the ocean. Would highly recommend this apartment!

This is a beautiful condo overlooking the sea in the absolute best location in Lima. Tere is a charming, responsive host. I will stay here again

Brenda has a really nice and special Apartment. You feel at home from the first second you enter through the door. The nice and cozy furniture is perfect to take a rest and the space and WIFI is perfect to do some work on the computer. Also the sleeping room has a nice atmosphere for a healthy sleep. We definitely come back. 🙌🏻

My stay at Mrs. Betty's property was very good and positive. The room with two beds was very comfortable and was perfectly clean for me and my companion. I really appreciated having a kitchen, a kettle and utensils,b plus a few cooking supplies, which allowed me to save and enjoy my own meals. The location is excellent, just minutes from my work, which made everything even more convenient. And best part of all, I always had hot water for the shower. I 100% recommend this place.

Refugio and Malena were very friendly, always attentive, a nice touch to leave assorted fruits and some cookies. I think it would be a plus to put screens on the windows and doors.

Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

This is a great place! It's roomy, has more than enough shared space, and plenty of bathrooms. BEST OF ALL is the VIEW.

Use the Airbnb,to enlist me on my wedding day,because of the closeness to the church and the place for the photo shots .Ruben was very friendly and accessible as it allowed my family to enter and the makeup/hair service. I give it 10/10
