Excellent stay at a Chinese person's house. He's very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfasts were delicious. The house has all the amenities and they also lend you umbrellas for the beach. It's super close walking to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommended! Thank you!!

The location is unbeatable, close to everything, it is a central area close to the metro station, restaurants, shopping centers and very close to districts such as Miraflores and Barranco. Pachi is an excellent host. When I go back to Lima for sure I'll take the room again

Betty is a very good host. Her home is inspired by Japanese tea houses, hence its architecture stands out from the rest of the neighborhood. The room is spacious, clean, quiet. The bathroom has everything we need. It even comes with a Jacuzzi I wasn't expecting. Santa Rosa spa was a discovery for tranquility and security. Access is not a problem if they follow the directions, and once there, you can mobilize in taxi and app services normally. There are a few store accounts with enough, and a few restaurants that are fine. I would definitely recommend Ochaya's stay with Betty.

Whenever I go to Lima I Hospedo with Miguel Javier, I like that the arrival is autonomous as well as the departure. I have never had any inconveniences and great communication with the host.

I highly recommend it, it's a beautiful place. Renzo is always attentive and friendly, as is Humberto, the guardian. My family was delighted with the size of the house, its environments and the details with which we were welcomed. We went with 3 dogs and they fully enjoyed the entire green area (it's much wider than we thought from the photos). In the house there are 2 dogs that are very docile, but anyway they lock them in another area during the stay and behave very well; if you approach their space they fill you with love. The house is very well equipped and in excellent condition. They have everything you need, from quite varied board games to a medicine cabinet suitable for any emergency. Highly recommended, we look forward to returning soon!

I was with my family this weekend and we had a great time, the place is great to escape the noise of the city and be comfortable in spacious spaces surrounded by nature. The pool is great, large and it was clean all 3 days, the bathrooms, rooms, dining room, kitchen were A1, in fact the kitchenware we already loved that it was of everything that is needed for a family, we grilled in one of the recreation areas to play (my family had fun with the shot to the toad and the table futbito) and it was a very nice time, I went with my 1-1/2 year old son, and he loved the parrots he saw and the many plants there. Fanny seemed like a super warm host, even the house was already equipped for everything (even botiquin), if by A or B I had any query, she answered me immediately; in general we were delighted with the house and the treatment of Fanny, my family already made me promise that we will go again, I highly recommend it. The place is very cozy, the manager helped us with our bags when arriving and leaving, always responded to what we asked. It's in a very good location and easily accessible to everything, we were able to walk and walk around without a problem.
