The reviews are all accurate. I felt like the King of El Campo while I was there. It's a treat to see this place to say the least. The pool was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Fernando is always close enough to help with anything and far away enough for privacy.

Very beautiful house, very safe location next to many things to do at night. Very responsive host. Very beautiful plants and a beautiful mango tree right outside. We will deff be back and book this place again!

Carlos' Villa is stunning. Looks better in person than in photos. The rooms have ample space to fit your family/friends group trips and pretty much every indoor space has AC. The pool/slide/minibar outside is superb as well. The BBQ and bluetooth speakers (one inside and one outside) are great amenities that were used too. I would definitely come again.

Tbh first place with jacuzzi that doesn’t have bad smell due to septic issues. It was private and peaceful. Perfect for couples.

As super hosts, we highly appreciated the quality of Etienne's apartment: is spotless and very well-equipped, with nothing missing! It is at the best location in the colonial city, with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all the sites of interest within walking distance; at the same time, it's VERY quiet for sleeping. We’ll definitely stay here on every visit to Santo Domingo. Como super hosts, apreciamos altamente la calidad del apartamento de Etienne: es impecable y está muy bien equipado, no falta nada! Está en la mejor ubicación en la ciudad colonial, con restaurantes, super, farmacias y los lugares de interés, para visitar a pie; al mismo tiempo es MUY silencioso para dormir. Definitivamente nos alojaremos aquí en cada visita a Santo Domingo.

This apartment is absolutely perfect for a solo traveler! It is walking distance to a few nice cafes as well as restaurants and a super market, etc. The area feels safe and it is quiet despite the close distance to business areas. It is very easy to get around walking or with an Uber. There is a good amount of closet space for clothes storage, the shower is comfortable and has hot water, and the kitchen area has a stove and oven. It is easy to keep cool with the air conditioning and fan in the apartment and the curtains can pretty much close out all light from outside. Building access is easy and the security guards downstairs are friendly. Enrique is a very communicative host and will answer you right away.

The apartment has a very good location, inside it is as in the photos, and meets all the basic needs with all its details. It is ideal to be, the only thing that disliked me is that they do not have an inverter and then when the light went we were dark for hours ( I take online lessons and had to go out to another place where there was electricity ) . But despite that it was a very good experience.

We loved this house. I went with my family and since we arrived we have felt at home. It's super cozy, a very nice decoration, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideal for relaxing, spending time with the family and unwinding in a peaceful environment. In addition, the host was a 10/10, super attentive, kind and always making sure that everything was perfect. The experience was excellent and we would definitely return. Highly recommended.
