Privacy and security of a single house inside a 1,000 sq meter land. Incredible beach and Mountain Views. A new house built in 2021 The privilege of not needing a car to enjoy all main activities of this beautiful town. Pets not allowed inside the house but plenty of space in the garden (fence surrounding property)

Very close to the main street you will find our property only for you. The room is cool, comfortable, and brand new. The kitchen is rustic but perfect for you to cook with an exceptional view of the ocean and the island. Our neighbors are very nice and easy going. The nights are magical, quiet and with a sky surrounded by stars, the sunrises are unique and colorful. It has: refrigerator, electric grill, bbq, coffee maker and toaster, cutlery, glasses, plates and glasses.
