New house located in the center of all top activities in town. Walking distance to the best beaches (South Beach) and many restaurants. 3 room + 2 full bathroom + rooftop. Privacy and security of a single house inside a 1,000 sq meter land. Incredible beach and Mountain Views. A new house built in 2021 The privilege of not needing a car to enjoy all main activities of this beautiful town. Pets not allowed inside the house but plenty of space in the garden (fence surrounding property)

Beautiful casita with direct beach access.

Well furnished casita steps from one of the best beaches in La Ventana. Easy beach access. As close as you can be without being beachfront. Walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Excellent wifi, gated and secure property with outdoor kitchen. Mini fridge and 43" smart TV for Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. 2 adults and 2 kids max. The palapa shares a common area with a yurt on the large, two lot property. Plenty of room with secure parking. Yurt can be rented too.

Sunrise room!

Situated in in the desert 3-4 miles north of town you can definitely relax here! This room has large windows for fantastic views of the ocean,so you can watch the sunrise without getting out of bed! Completely off-grid and eco-friendly we re-use and recycle everything. No crowds and no cars means No noise! We are just a 3 minute walk to the Hotsprings Beach.
