The apartment is located inside a historic residence in the center of Ponsacco "Villa Borri". It maintains the canons of Tuscan style, with the characteristic exposed beams, the colors and the "important" walls that make the rooms warm in winter and cool in summer. It consists of: a large living room with kitchen, double bedroom, second bedroom (with a single bed), and bathroom with walk-in shower. A reserved parking space is available (owned). The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator).

Once home to the architects of the Cathedral and later to the bell-ringer, it stands at the foot of the bell tower — but the bells never ring, ensuring peace and restful sleep. In a residential area, outside the historic center, the accommodation is finely furnished and comfortable. It has a separate entrance, is part of a Tuscan-style farmhouse with brick ceilings and wooden beams. It consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and an adjacent well-equipped kitchen (mini-fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven). Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.
