Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’annonce correspond exactement à la réalité. Nous avons été accueillis par Yvette, très sympathique et compréhensive suite à notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons mangé à plusieurs reprises au restaurant Che Loco que je recommande, qualité, accueil et très bonne ambiance accessible à 800m. Merci à Kevin et Yvette.

Prachtig mooi huis in een mooie omgeving. Heerlijk tot rust kunnen komen samen met mijn gezin. Het privézwembad en grote tuin zijn echt prachtig! We komen zeker terug!

The villa and pool were incredible! the location was great too only 15 mins in a taxi from the airport, 15 mins walk to a Lidl and a 10 mins walk to a shopping centre. really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the late check out. Will be back!

Magnifique villa, très bien entretenue, avec piscine privée. Possibilité d'avoir une piscine chauffée, ce qui est vraiment un plus pendant la période hivernale. Aménagement de la villa impeccable, tout est bien pensé pour le bien-être des locataires. Quartier calme à proximité des commerces, des restaurants, etc.... Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, très réactif et aux petits soins. Séjour formidable à deux reprises. Je recommande +++

Amazing stay in the villa! The place is amazing and very well equipped with stunning roof top dinning area! The heated swimming pool is the biggest plus for anyone travelling with children outside of the hot season - we were enjoying daily swims with our little children at the beginning of April!

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Samen met 3 vriendinnen verbleef ik in het mooie, sfeervolle huis van Sylvia. We hebben het echt heerlijk gehad! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, netjes en sfeervol. De bedden zijn erg goed. Een groot voordeel vonden wij de ruime, zonnige tuin met ligbedden. Ook is het heel fijn dat je zo het dorp San Miguel inloopt; de supermarkt, bakker en diverse gezellige restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Het strand en het winkelcentrum zijn gemakkelijk aan te rijden. Daarnaast is het appartement goed geïsoleerd, we hadden geen last van geluid van de buren of van buiten. De communicatie met Sylvia is ook heel prettig geweest. Wij raden dit vakantiehuis aan iedereen aan!

Thank you Carmela and Berend for a beautiful place to stay. After a long day sight seeing it was great to come back to a beautiful tranquil house and area to relax. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. There was even an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners available. Thanks again. We hope to be back soon.

Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

Han sido unos días perfectos, la villa es increíble, con una cantidad de LUZ natural inigualable. La piscina es preciosa y aporta una calidad al salón inigualable. Hemos podido aprovechar todas las estancias de la casa, con múltiples zonas para disfrutar en familia!

Stayed here for 2 weeks with a group of friends and it was fantastic. Super comfortable beds, spacious rooms and great location. 30 second walk to the markets. The pool was absolutely stunning also. I would absolutely stay here again!

Bonjour, Nous sommes une famille de deux adultes et trois enfants entre 13 et cinq ans. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous avons passé des vacances dans un cadre très reposant. Nous avons eu à notre disposition tout ce qui était décrit dans l’annonce et même plus… le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant. À proximité, il y a les commerces d’alimentation, boucherie, restaurant… il y a même des centres médicaux si besoin… la région est magnifique et offre une multitude d’activité et de balades. La piscine à l’intérieur du logement est très bien entretenue et magnifique. Sue et Michael sont des hôtes très réactifs et avenants toujours prêts à renseigner ou à aider. En résumé, nous recommandons +++ 😄

We hebben een geweldige 10 dagen gehad in de woning. Het huis is schoon en netjes. Het verwarmde zwembad was wel de kers op de taart. Zwembad was zeer schoon.

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en este alojamiento. Ilona ha contestado súper rápido a mis dudas y nos ha ayudado. Dejó en la casa 2 botellas de vino y agua para nosotros, muy buen detalle. Repetiríamos sin duda

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Maison très typique et très bien située. Quartier agréable et proche des restaurants et du centre . C’est très agréable de pouvoir profiter des deux terrasses bien exposées et avec une très belle vue . Attention, les lits doubles ne sont pas larges .

Bonjour Je remercie beaucoup les propriétaires qui ont étais là du début jusqu'à la fin . Nous avons avons passer de très bonnes vacances. La piscine es grande la maison aussi et en plus cuisine équiper 3 grande chambre 2 salle de bain honnêtement je vous la conseille sans hésiter. Mes enfants ont aimer en plus a côté a même pas 5 mn vous avez Alicante bien animé beaucoup de restaurants beaucoup d'activités pour tous les monde . Je vous remercie Monsieur et Madame Martin

We had a wonderful week at the villa, it was everything we hoped it would be. The instructions for our arrival were clear, even though we arrived in darkness we managed to work everything out. The villa is lovely, the photos don't do it justice. It was excellent condition and so well equipped. It felt like home from home. The views are amazing and the peace and quiet was everything we had hoped. The location is great, yes you need a car, but only 20 min drive to Albox and about the same to Huercal-Overa and there's very little traffic. The Bramer family hosts are super quick to respond and very helpful. If you need anything they are there. Shout out to Willie and Simone who clean the pool and do the change overs, they to are very helpful with their local knowledge and friendly nature. I would certainly recommend the villa, if your looking for charm, peace and a home from home. One tip, for driving in Spain, if you use Google maps, check the route before heading off. Thanks 😊
