The apartment is located in Calle Salmonete, within walking distance (2-3 min) of the center of the 5* golf resort. There are several restaurants, bars, a supermarket, golf, tennis, paddle and soccer field, toys and swimming pools. There is also an underground private parking provided and is easily accessible for less mobile people with an elevator. All kitchen utensils are provided, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ironing board + iron, towels, TVs with Chromecast and WiFi.

A top stay for families, but also perfect for a golf weekend with friends. It has been recently restyled. The bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower. The covered terrace with glass curtains offers pleasant coolness in summer and retains the summer atmosphere in winter. The box spring can be used as a double bed or as two single beds. The spacious garden is bordered by two large swimming pools and a sheltered children's pool, making it a perfect place for relaxation and fun.

A nice house with an interior patio.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

Mooie, moderne penthouse voor 4 personen op La Torre Golf Resort in Roldán nabij de Costa Cálida in Murcia (officieel de provincie met de zuiverste lucht van heel Europa!). Prachtig zuidgericht terras met uitgestrekt vergezicht over de golf resort en de Mar Menor tot La Manga. Er zijn 16 zwembaden, verschillende bars en restaurants, een supermarkt, kapper, souvenirshop en verschillende gratis sportfaciliteiten op deze prachtige resort.
