I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with a kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 cm double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and a TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room. Only the toilets at the entrance to the house are shared.

Le Mas des Sens - Charming cottage -

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

Townhouse on the banks of the Creuse

Come and enjoy a stopover in this pretty 85 m2 house on the edge of Creuse. It offers all amenities. You will be a 5/10-minute walk to the shops of Argenton. I will welcome you to explain the house which has all the necessary elements and was newly equipped at the end of 2022. Ideal accommodation for a weekend for families, couples or colleagues to work, up to 6 beds. Bed linen and towels provided. Private car park A20 is 10 minutes away and the train station is a 1 km walk.

In a magical place in the green heart of France, this architecturally built villa is located in a picturesque valley on the edge of the river with plenty of privacy. The house is suitable for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a "bedstee" with each having its own bathroom. A lovely sitting area with wood-burning stove and a modern equipped kitchen. The glass facade gives a fantastic view over the valley. Baker and grocery store in the village. To relax, this is the place!

Small house of 80 m2 located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants,served by the A20 motorway and the national 145. Limoges at 30min, Gueret at 25min and Châteauroux at 45min. The house has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with one 140 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed linen and bath towels can be rented (let me know in advance). Covered terrace. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.

Enjoy this charming, recently renovated apartment located on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in the city. The spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms and a large living room decorated with objects brought back from our travels. With its central location you can walk to all amenities (sncf train station, shops, restaurants, bars,...). Guests can park their vehicle in one of the city's free parking lots near the property (less than 100 meters away).

Les gîtes du vieux verger, a 2-person cottage located to the left of the farm, with a porch and a private entrance door. A private terrace with a jacuzzi (closed from 6 October to 21 April) and garden furniture allow you to sunbathe. You can access it by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
