It is situated in the heart of the countryside, in the municipality of Lardier-et-Valença (Hautes-Alpes), in an ideal location between Gap and Sisteron. This cosy little home, full of character and air-conditioned, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Perfect for couples, families or friends looking to explore the nature, culture and spectacular landscapes of the Southern Alps.

Appartement neuf et au frais l’été. 1 chambre, salon/cuisine , 4 couchages, Wi‑Fi, entièrement équipé (four, lave‑vaisselle, lave-linge, ..). Grande terrasse privée sans vis à vis, place de parking privative. À 5 min de l'autoroute et de l'aérodrome de Tallard, 15 min des falaises de Céüze, 30 min du parc des Écrins et à moins de 1 h de plusieurs stations de ski. Le tout dans un cadre calme. Camp de base parfait pour toutes activités sportives, ou juste pour le calme et le repos.

Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Beautiful terrace with barbecue. (No dining room). It is also suitable for people traveling on business. To rest in peace after a day of work. Large parking lot, no parking problems, van accepted.
