Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in La Sagra

L’appartamento è al secondo piano di un bel complesso residenziale, con presenza di portiere sia la sera tardi quando siamo arrivati, che la mattina presto, quando ce ne siamo andati; l’appartamento è adatto per quattro persone, con due bagni e cucina ottimamente attrezzata. Appena al di fuori del complesso residenziale c’è la fermata del bus numero 20 che porta in centro (Plaza del sol); e a 350 m distante, c’è la fermata metropolitana ( Conde de Casal) per arrivare in qualsiasi parte di Madrid. Francisco è stato molto disponibile ed attento alle nostre richieste e, tra l’ altro, parla bene l’ italiano.

Diana is a friendly and great host who provided more than I needed for an enjoyable stay. Unlike many hosts, she provided tons of cookware, appliances, and cooking utensils, so I had everything I needed to prepare meals easily. She also provided food items, coffee, olive oil, condiments, etc. There is a Dia grocery store in the same building which is fully stocked. The location is unbeatable being right next to Mercado de San Miguel. The major tourist sites are within walking distance. The metro is a short walk away although I did not need to use it. The location was super convenient and made my stay in Madrid much more enjoyable than if I had stayed outside the city center. The building concierge is friendly and he accepted a FedEx delivery for me, so I was very pleased with the service in the building.

El apartamento se ajustaba a lo descrito en el anuncio; la plaza de garaje muy amplia y en el mismo edificio. Nuestro viaje era para ver un concierto en el Metropolitano y su ubicación era muy buena con ese fin. Hay un centro comercial muy cerca con muchas tiendas y restaurantes.

Apartamento muy completo y bien ubicado en el corazón de Malasaña. El anfitrión fue extremadamente amable, atento y ágil en responder a nuestras preguntas.

Mi pareja, dos amigas y yo nos quedamos en el apartamento de Alexandra y nos encantó. La decoración es exquisita, estaba todo súper limpio y colocado, el trato maravilloso, y a 5 minutos está la estación de metro "Ciudad Lineal" por la que pasa la línea 5 que te deja en 20 minutos en plena Gran Vía. Volveremos seguro!!!

Чудесная квартира.Миллион интересных деталей,очень просторное и уютное жилье.Масса антикварных элементов.Ванная комната размером с небольшой стадион и плюс к этому свой тренажерный зал.Хозяйка доброжелательная,отвечает максимально быстро.Сам городок тоже очень приятный.В наличии красивый парк.Рекомендую.

Lorena’s apartment is so clean, neat and comfy. We enjoyed our stay there. They are 20mins walking distance away from the city Center, which is strategic location. We met Alberto and he was such a nice man that ensure our stay were taken care off throughout! Strongly recommend to everyone!

we hebben genoten van het appartement en van Madrid. Het is in het centrum en alles is dichtbij. je kunt bij het appartement niet echt buiten zitten, maar er zijn genoeg terrasjes in de buurt en prachtige parken. Alfredo reageerde snel en adequaat. ook met de grote stroomstoring! 😉. voor herhaling vatbaar

Definitivamente si tengo algún otro invitado a Madrid le recomendaré este Airbnb! Eva es una persona muy cálida y amable. Mi abuela estuvo hospedada por dos semanas y ha sido una experiencia muy grata. Como referencia a pesar de ser inicios de junio el Airbnb es de lo más fresca y ventilada. Magnifique appartement, dans un quartier calme et en même temps proche des quartiers animés. Le métro est proche et permet d’aller rapidement au centre de Madrid Échange impeccable avec l’hôte, bienveillante et arrangeante sur notre arrivé et départ Appartement soigné, de qualité, chaleureux Je recommande

I highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need, whether you’re exploring the city or just want convenient access to shops and restaurants. The apartment is incredibly roomy and comfortable, which made a huge difference during our stay. It felt more like a home than a rental. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials to extra towels. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, spacious, and fully equipped, this is the one. This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

Todo bien. Camas comodisimas. Lo unico que echamos en falta fueron bolsas de basura, pero por lo demas genial.

S il y avait une note au dessus de 5 nous l aurions mis ! L appartement parfait ! Piscine privée et piscine de l immeuble, salle de sport , parking , 2 superbes terrasses le tout très bien équipé enfin un véritable Airbnb de qualité ! Ramon nous a donné d excellentes adresses pour déjeuner en attendant l heure d arrivée, a été arrangeant pour nous laisser partir un peu plus tard ! Nous comptons bien revenir très vite

Die Buchung war einfach und die Kommunikation schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben alles notwendige in der Wohnung gefunden. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal.

Llegamos un poco antes de la hora de entrada y la anfitriona nos dio todas las facilidades para que nos instaláramos. La casa es perfecta para que un grupo numeroso tenga todo lo necesario. Para nosotros era muy importante que cada unidad familiar tuviera un baño completo. Todos pudimos estacionar en el garaje de la casa, algo de agradecer porque aunque hay estacionamiento en los alrededores, ha sido mucho más cómodo para descargar equipajes y demás. La casa es muy amplia y eso nos ha permitido compartir el espacio tanto fuera como dentro con toda la comodidad. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable para el grupo.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Sergio es un anfitrión sumamente atento, el piso está inmejorable. Lo mejor de este piso es su ubicación, a 20-30 minutos tienes sol, plaza mayor, gran vía etc. Sin duda, ir a esta vivienda porque a nivel de piso es un 10 y su localización de 10.

Nos encontramos al llegar un matrimonio muy agradable y muy majos , nos dejaron en la nevera un rico tiramisú casero y también huevos frescos y una botella de vino Nos regalaron moras y nos enseñaron a los animales La piscina está muy bien La casa estaba muy limpia y muy ordenada Y nos recomendaron sitios para comprar y visitar Lo recomendamos al 100% para las familias que quieran tranquilidad y le gusten los animales Además mari angeles y Jose Antonio eran muy majos y muy agradables
