Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in La Roquette-sur-Siagne

Bowie was helpful in finding a local gym for me that was pay-per-day and was excellent! It was my first time in Antibes and I was there for the Cannes Advertising festival. It’s a perfect spot. 5 min to a train that runs every 15 mins to Cannes all day and late at night. 4 euros round trip. Very well priced and an amazing old town with restaurants and bars and not nearly the prices of Cannes. They were also helpful in sharing some of their own private places they like to go in Antibes. On the last night I decided to swim and got stung by a jellyfish, they were very helpful in getting me sorted with some pain relief! Finally - the bed is very very comfy. Thank you to both!

Probably one of nicest places I have ever stayed. Overlooking the marina and a Napoleonic naval yard, with views over the bay to Cap-Ferrat and the lighthouse, it was just perfect. Cindy was brilliant, coming to meet me with the keys. So many great things about this place: 1. It’s at the quieter end of Villefranche - perfect for me. 2. There is a restaurant next door, and 4 more just along the road. 3. The view from the balcony - amazing. 4. A swimming beach just 100m away behind the historic harbour walls. 5. The coast path - you can walk all the way to the headland right by the sea. 6. Only 15min by bus into central Nice, and there is a “secret staircase” that climbs all the way up to the bus stop - go through the arch beside the “toilettes” (yes, really!) 7. You can get the train to the airport (20mins walk to the station, through the alleys and the citadel.) 8. You can take more stairs right to very top of the mountain, to find an old fort. Ivan’s flat is perfectly located in Antibes. You are literally 10 minutes walk from the beach, and it is absolutely easy to get around. If you come by car, you can easily leave your care on the tiny street and you won’t have to worry about it. The flat itself is very clean, you can find anything you need :) Air conditioning is a big plus as well, especially when you’re visiting in the summer ;) Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful time here, the accommodation was perfect for my partner and two daughters (4 and 6), and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. My kids made full use of the pool, and the kitchen was very well equipped for self-catering. Supermarkets are a short drive away, and there are lots of beautiful French villages to explore for dinner in the evenings. Grasse is also very close. Valerie was a lovely host and very helpful & knowledgeable of the area. It’s the perfect place to relax in a peaceful tranquil environment.

perfect for me as a solo traveller seeking relaxation. the building and road outside is quiet. Very close to a quiet beach and within walking distance of train station and CAP3000 shopping center. The property is tidy and as described. good communication too. :) thank you

We had a pleasant stay, the accommodation is very suitable for 2 people, very nice to have this terrace morning, noon and evening for lunch, nothing to complain about for these two and a half weeks spent in this accommodation

A gorgeous view in a lovely part of town. The host was very helpful with check in and recommendations. The accommodations were very thoughtful. The balcony is perfect for morning and evening relaxing. I highly recommend this rental. So easy to get to Old Nice and Ville Franche Sur Mer.

I lived there together with my family for one night. very cosy, comfortable, and quiet house with a back yard garden. it is almost on the top of a hill, so you can overlook the sea. very good view and beautiful nature. i hope to live there forever

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village centre and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

Loved our stay here. The garden is the most beautiful with views overlooking the sea. The pollinators were so happy and busy buzzing while we swam in the pool. The decor of the interior was very charming and the AC worked splendidly! The kids loved the secret path to the garden from their room.

Excellent stay in Jérôme's rental, everything is done to make you feel even better than at home. Brigitte, her mum who welcomed me is super nice and helpful. I had a pleasant stay with my two dogs, super happy too to be able to frolic in this large wooded land and take walks to discover the bories and beautiful villages of the Var. What happiness!

Caroline’s house is beautiful. She was very helpful throughout our stay and made this a very memorable vacation for us. We were a group of 9, and traveled with a baby. She set up a crib and chair for her, made sure everything was comfortable and checked in on us. I would highly recommend her house and would easily go back again!

Lovely flat in a quiet residential area, a short walk away from the centre of Cannes. Flat is spotless and full of the creature comforts required for an enjoyable stay in Cannes. Excellent host, responsive and proactive and very friendly. The off road parking is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have a parking space for the house because we traveled by car. But the enclosed garage has a very narrow space. If you are hesitant about parking, this process may be necessary for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I recommend that you consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It is safe on the main street. The interior of the house is filled with wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden causes a little sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not the type to hang out, that's fine. There is a professional approach in the hotel. White sheets and towel sets were clean. Only a few places were dusted off :). For the exit process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back at the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes more than 20 minutes, it is not practical.

We had a great time at Stephane's, the apartment is sublime, located , in a green setting, with high-end services. Super quiet ideal for a good rest after a day of getaway. Ideally located, you are a short drive from downtown Saint Raphael . We stayed a little week and took the coastal road to get to Nice and Monaco , what a pleasure , breathtaking landscapes, there is no to say the Var is the most beautiful department in France 😍😍 We warmly thank Stéphane for the quality of our exchanges and the kindness accorded to our two four-legged companions who accompany us during our holiday. We'll be happy to come back to Stéphane's place to enjoy the beautiful pool 👍

Great location, lovely flat, very reasonably priced, couldn’t have been easier.

A great flat just same as picture even better in person. Proactive hosts and frequently texted me to make sure everything. Loved the pool for residents. Sadly didn’t have chance to go to a beach close by. But it wasn’t good location if you don’t have car. Spent much money and time for the buses and train. Took 20mins by walk to go to Antibes station. And sometimes 620 bus comes every 30minutes/1h from Nice after evenings. But calmer and private place. It was a great deal. Highly recommended if they have a car even if you don’t, still a good deal.
