Located 25 minutes from a ski resort (La Joue du Loup – Super Dévoluy) and mountain lakes (Lac de Veynes 15 minutes away, Serre Ponçon 45 minutes away), it offers an ideal living environment for those who love nature and outdoor activities, such as climbing in Ceüze (15 minutes by car). As an added bonus, you can walk to various shops: bakery, butcher, tobacconist, medical centre, etc.

Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family ski resort of Laye, close to the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a self-contained, single-storey cottage of nearly 90 m², with a high level of comfort, a jacuzzi and a magnificent view of the Champsaur valley. The cottage has 2 bedrooms of 15m², a large, fully equipped living room/kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games and parking spaces.

You can visit the farm, the vegetable garden and buy tasty vegetables! This atypical accommodation is suitable for nature lovers.

It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.
