It includes the 17th century manor house, a historic pigeon coop topping the half-timbered northern gate, a coach house from 1824, the 16th century barn and its farm lovingly converted as a gite to welcome up to 10 people (all single beds) The 300m2 building has been converted and updated so as to bring you all the comfort you can wish, from a large chimney with open fire to a wi-fi internet connection. It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Warm 100 m2 house with three bedrooms in a living room, open plan kitchen of 50 m2. Everything is available. Very good location 5 min walk from the tram. Tours is 1 km away close to all amenities. I live there half of the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility to add mattresses without worries if you are more. You will not miss anything and if so I will be there to guide you. Ideal for visiting the Castles of the Loire.
