The apartment in Tival offers you a living room and a shower and toilet, upstairs a beautiful bedroom with 2 beds of 90/200, a chair, a shelf and wardrobe; all on 25 m². Waiting for fiber optics. Experience a unique stay in the last housing unit designed by Le Corbusier (1965-67) on the largest site in Europe imagined by the architect, which includes a House of Culture (UNESCO classified), a stadium and a church. The apartment (95 m2), ideal for a family, renovated in the colors of Le Corbusier, incorporates characteristic elements of the time. A perfect base to discover the region: Saint-Etienne (10 min), Puy-en-Velay (45 min) and Lyon (1 hr).

Upon arrival, the beds will be made, towels will be provided and you will have complimentary cleaning products for the house. You can also enjoy the largest mountain bike area in France (Massif des Bois Noirs mountain bike area).

Naturally air-conditioned house and cool during hot weather. Possibility of initiation to Zen meditation.

Wood is omnipresent with a warm decor and unique creations in solid oak. 2 bedrooms: one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine (not suitable for young children).
