What a wonderful home! Very comfortable and clean and quiet. Neighborhood is located in a residential area, near public transit and walkable. Plaza closeby has a small grocery store with all the essentials. Would highly recommend this place!

Excellent place and great Hernán's services! Just as a comment, the parasols on the balconies are deteriorated and I don't risk opening them for fear of breaking!

Excellent apartment in excellent building and location. The apartment is as shown in the pictures and has everything the description says. Premium linens and towels and all the equipment in general is excellent. Ximena is always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all taps with hot water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in a depto de Sergio and through him I reached this depto. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very accommodating. The depto. is very well located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Parque Arauco. It is at an important junction of Santiago and with excellent arteries to move around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everyone is spotless (the appliances: coffee machine, electric pava, toaster, hair dryer, etc are in perfect condition). The environments are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is a wonder!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thank you to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos: cozy, well decorated and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The building is super safe and the location is excellent, with a charming coffee shop on the corner, which offers impeccable service. It is about a 20-minute walk from the main squares and tourist spots. We received food orders by app without any problems, the delivery was made directly at the reception, which was very practical. Communication with Lorel was great from start to finish, always attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is well equipped and ideal for two people. We had a very pleasant stay and we definitely recommend it

Staying at Felipe's place was the best part of our trip. I'm sure that if we had stayed anywhere else, we wouldn't have had the same experience in Santiago. We spent 8 days there, taking our time to explore and enjoy the neighborhood — it was amazing! And the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning!

Excellent location. Downtown area and with access to public transport. A Carabineros station is very close, which adds security to the street. I would definitely go back to his apartment.
