The Sapotes Bungalow

In a villa 200 m above sea level with heated pool: small independent bungalow in garden (master bedroom, double bed, shower room, outdoor kitchen). Shared access to a covered terrace with a large table, garden and pool. We have a lovely dog in the garden. There is an extra charge of €6 per night if there are 2 of you. Local shops within 10 min walk. Saint-Paul center is a 20-minute drive and beaches are 30 minutes away. Public transport is possible but complicated.

Le studio est mitoyen à la résidence principale et à une autre dépendance louée en airbnb. La piscine et les transats sont partagés avec les autres locataires et nous même. Vous serez à mi chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre ville de Saint-Denis (6 km/15minutes).

Studio of about 21 m² upstairs 12 steps, in the owner's house, free parking lockable and lit at night, a varangue awaits you with a barbecue for grilling, table and 2 chairs, if you smoke, an ashtray is provided only at this place. Depending on the season, banana, mango, cotton, papaya and of course the pool all year round, minimum 23° in winter and 32° in summer. We give you priority at the pool.

Ideal as a base to visit Reunion Island and enjoy some rest on site by sharing our pool. Claude and Valérie will be happy to welcome you to Clos de Val, in a nice, very bright, totally independent 28 m² studio-type bungalow with a beautiful sea view. Guests can take advantage of their own veranda and shared spaces: the beautifully wooded garden, the heated pool, the hammock and the deckchairs at your disposal. (Shared spaces such as the pool are accessible to tenants only).

Located at the bottom of our garden, in a quiet and secure subdivision, 5 minutes' walk to the beach (restaurants, etc.), this accommodation offers stunning views of the Indian Ocean and the private pool located below. Ideally located in the west of Réunion, it will be a starting point for exploring the wonders of the island (bus stop 500 m away and Route des Tamarins 8 min away).
