Picancel és un apartament de lloguer adaptat a mobilitat reduïda a la Pobla de Lillet (Berguedà), al costat dels ponts medievals tan característics del poble. Aquest apartament rústic és ideal per a una parella, tot i que també disposa d'un sofà-llit extra al menjador. Disposa d'una habitació amb un llit de matrimoni i un bany també adaptat. El caràcter rústic i acollidor d'aquest apartament amb una forta personalitat, amb fusta i elements naturals fets a mà i únics. L'apartament consta de recibidor, un menjador amb taula per a 4 persones, un saló amb foc a terra i televisió plana, un bany complet adaptat i una habitació de matrimoni. Al saló hi ha un sofà-llit per a dues persones més. El pis disposa de sortida pel darrera, on hi ha una terrassa en la cual es pot instal·lar una taula i cadires per estar a fora. Aquesta terrassa no és privada, forma part del carrer públic, tot i quedar bastant resguardada, està oberta al carrer. Tots els mobles estan fets a mà, inspirats a la zona rural, però a l'apartament hi ha totes les comoditats: xemeneia de llenya, calefacció de gas, dos TV grans de pantalla plana, forn, microones, cafetera, nevera. A la part del darrere, hi ha una porta que dóna al carrer de darrere, on hi ha disponible un espai per posar taula, para-sol i cadires de càmping, per poder fer una cervesa a l'exterior; la terrassa queda força resguardada però està oberta i pertany al carrer públic, però es pot fer servir.
