Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in La Plata

The location of the property is very good. You have the park in front and there are shops to stock up. We need the apartment for the proximity to the hospital and easy access. The same is spacious and bright, comfortable, has an elevator that enters the property directly with a card. The kitchen is super spacious but being so new, it would be missing to equip a little more with utensils for daily use. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so a family can stay. The pictures do not clearly show all the rooms in the apartment (it is bigger and nicer than it looks in pictures). The times I needed something, Milagros was quick to respond. Something to note, I had white clothes, personal hygiene and cleaning items in both the bathrooms and the kitchen.

The host, Miguel, was aware of our stay the whole time. Very friendly and thoughtful. He greeted us at the agreed schedule and I'll give us check-out times. He was very attentive that we didn't miss anything. he made the stay very pleasant. I would definitely come back.

The stay was excellent. We stayed 40 days with my family (which includes a child and a baby) and the house was very comfortable and practical for us. It had everything needed for a long stay and the location is very good, in a quiet neighborhood and close to the different points of interest. Communication with Rosario during the reservation was very quick and easy. In addition to all the above, we must highlight the quality of Emilio as a host. At all times she cared that we were comfortable and always responded quickly and with a very good predisposition to any questions. He and his wife and child also helped us with issues that were not linked to the accommodation, demonstrating great solidarity and human warmth. We have been to so many AirBNBs in different places in the world and we have never had such outstanding hosts. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is beautiful in green 🌿 and tranquility. Ideal for disconnecting in family or friends. The house is in an antique style, if you like, it goes with you. Then the service was very attentive to carry out the agreements we need. I recommend it

The initial instructions were a little unclear because I thought it was keyless entrance because he gave me a code to get in but I didn’t understand that he had to meet me there to give me a key fob to get through the outer doors. Beatriz and Jorge were very kind to us, they welcomed us for checking although we arrived very late and went to say goodbye for the checkout, being flexible with our flight schedule. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable, the balcony with the view where the nice sun rises, just like the photos, illuminated and with a lot of ventilation. We recommend it!

Everything is very nice, apartment ideal for a couple, Victoria very attentive and friendly super recommended, the only complicated is the parking but you have several parking lots to leave the vehicle
