Serviced apartment holiday rentals in La Plata

We lived in these apartments for a month and a half. It has everything for a long stay. The apartments are located in a house with a locked entrance and intercom. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient, a couple of hundred meters to the subway. Close to San Jose and Independencia avenues. Many supermarkets and small shops with meat, fish and vegetables. Near cheap paid guarded parking.

The apartment could not be better - in the middle of San Telmo. It is a small home, very personal. Agustina answers every question and takes care of every request. We all felt very, very much at home

Silvia is an excellent host, the apartment is very comfortable and is exactly as described . The neighborhood with all the amenities nearby and easy to manage I would definitely recommend it

Maria Alejandra place was great. Perfect location. The block the apt is located on is very quiet and safe but within 3 blocks you have an array of restaurants and bars. The apt space is wonderful, it’s light and bright. The host themselves were very responsive to any questions that came up. Would definitely stay there again.

Alejandro was a wonderful host who was very attentive to everything. Will definitely book again when in Buenos Aires.

It was exactly what I needed, a quiet place, comfortable and close to the faculty. The depto has everything you need, it was like being at home, I would come back if necessary without a doubt, and Flor is super warm and responds immediately to any concerns. I recommend it 100%

I want to highlight several points: - beautiful apartment (all cute, new, great amenities for 6 -excellent posto e ideal para stayarse para go to see a show at the Movistar arena, - easy access to transportation such as subte, - Beto and Nico excellent hosts.. Beto answered and was attentive to all my inquiries or updates with my flights that were a disaster (they never fly with flybondi in their lives) but despite those flights.. Beto even tried to help me out later on the dpto. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! We will definitely be back!!!

The place is absolutely amazing. Allocated in a really safe area and near to several shops and convenient stores. But the cherry on the cake was the incredible hospitality of Adriana, who takes care of all the details

We enjoyed our stay at Mau's place. The apartment was lovely and in a great location. The only minor issue was that the unit next door was so loud and noisy until very late night and it bothered to sleep. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this place to others."

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable! The immediate location is right by an interstate, so not the prettiest but it’s only a few blocks from San Telmo and about 5 minutes walking to the subway and a grocery store. Ana Laura met us for check in and got us waters and coke which was so kind and refreshing on a hot day in Buenos Aires! Would recommend!

The place was in a great location. The building has a pool and a working area which we used. The bed was very comfy. Host extremely communicative. Offered lots of cool recommendations and was always available.

Agustín was always very friendly and answered the messages almost instantly. the apartment is better than the photos, with an unbeatable location on Corrientes street a few meters from the renowned Guerrin pizzeria and the obelisk. To highlight the cleanliness and amount of items they equipped the kitchen with, there was even tuppers to store food. Complimentary there was cold water, soda, flavored water, beer and chocolates. The washing machine was perfect and there was even soap and softening, which guests appreciate ✨🙌🏻 To keep in mind, if what you are looking for is tranquility or silence, it is almost impossible due to the concurrence of the center of Buenos Aires. We would return without a doubt if we go back to Argentina. I recommend it!

A suitable stay for students, some issues with the wifi issue but everything can be solved. you can prepare food and sleep quietly

We stayed at the Victoria duplex because we had a wedding in the area. The duplex was very comfortable for us. I had everything you need for our short stay but if you need to stay for several days it is perfectly equipped. You have everything to cook and live at home. It has air conditioning and stoves, the beds are super comfortable, with excellent bedding. Also the towels were excellent. Victoria attended us super well, was very flexible and adapted to what we needed. He also left us a spectacular breakfast. I would recommend the place completely and would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!
