Extremely pleasant stay on the top floor of a centrally located building. Large flat with 3 bedrooms, large bathroom and additional toilet. Very pleasant closed balcony with large sliding windows allowing for fresh air coming in. Air conditioning in living room - kitchen and bedrooms, with balcony with stunning city view including the cathedral. The area has many cafés and good restaurants and the main commercial streets are nearby. Very quiet location and enjoyable stay!

There is also everything you need for cooking. The house is equipped with parking. The neighborhood is very quiet but not close to the center, on foot it is about 30 minutes.

A little house in the heart of a block in Gonnet, very green quiet neighborhood. Half a block from a park and in an area with many shops nearby. La República de los Niños is also very close and exit to Av 25 so well connected to the city.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely come back!

Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favoring perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Please note that there are 4 floors without a lift, which makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
