Titou is located at 2165 meters above sea level, in the narrow valley in front of the Grand Argentier, GR5, after Val Frejus and above the washhouse; Natura 2000 Park. Superb hikes to do but not only that... beautiful place for nature lovers, in the company of marmots, among others... Beautiful photos to take, streams for fishing lovers, recharge your batteries in a peaceful and unique place. Return to simplicity for a week and live timelessly from June to September.

Chalet/cabin, exceptional setting

Small renovated and comfortable hut-style chalet, located in an exceptional setting, at the top of a snow-cleared road, 1,300 m above sea level, in the heart of the mountain pastures, in the Aravis mountain range, with a magnificent view of the mountains. Lovers of calm and wide open spaces, this is an ideal base for hiking, running, mountain biking, paragliding, snowshoeing or ski touring. But it's also the perfect place to disconnect and recharge.

The Cabanon

Welcome to the Cabanon, a charming eco chalet. Enjoying a peaceful stay experience close to nature. Nestled in an idyllic setting, this chalet guarantees you total privacy without any overlook, allowing you to relax in complete tranquility. One of the major assets of the Cabanon is its traditional Nordic bath, heated with wood. This unique experience will allow you to relax completely . Inside and outside, the chalet is fully wood-burning.

treat yourself to a getaway or a break at this unique chalet, at the foot of the Grand Arc, Arclusaz and Granier. Spacious, peaceful, bright and built with love, it will allow you to experience warm and cocooning moments, as well as outdoor explorations, hiking, biking, skiing, mountain biking, paragliding or swimming in the surrounding lakes. Yoga and massage activities are also possible nearby. Children are welcome from the age of 6.

Forest cabin

Come and stay at this unusual wooden cabin from floor to ceiling. A sweet and peaceful cocoon to relax. 20 min from Annecy in the quiet countryside on the edge of the forest. Here you can hear the birds chirping and watching nature up close. The cabin is set on a family plot where my family and I live in the main house. The cabin is self-contained and has a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, indoor and outdoor dining table.

Renovated old mazot

In the CHAMONIX valley, above the village of Les Houches, at the edge of the Aillouds ski slope, we restored, on 2 levels, an old grain mazot. Ideally located, it overlooks the valley and offers breathtaking views of Mont Maudit, all the way to the Fiz range. In summer, located close to the Mont Blanc tour itinerary, this mazot gives access to many hikes and in winter you can leave and return ski-in/ski-out.

Refuge Julioz

In a vast 2 hectare meadow where 1 horse, 2 donkeys and 1 alpaca walk, 4 alpine chalets are set up so as to preserve everyone's privacy. The wooden chalet, built with environmentally friendly materials, benefits from a large south-facing terrace that allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. The interior breaks down into a living-room room with a kitchen area and a bathroom with shower.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Accommodating up to 4 people, this chalet has running water and a toilet. 5 minutes from Bisanne 1500 but still far from everything , come and recharge in this quiet and idyllic place. in a simple comfort of alpine dwelling, this small chalet will allow you to rest away from the daily stress. You can enjoy many walks and hikes from the house.
