Holiday rentals with a patio in La Perla

Mi experiencia en este Airbnb fue excelente de principio a fin. Kathy fue una anfitriona excepcional, muy amable y humana.El apartamento está impecablemente limpio, con una presentación que realmente supera las expectativas. Se nota el cuidado en cada rincón. Además, está muy bien ubicado, en una zona segura y estratégica de San Miguel, cerca de todo: supermercados, restaurantes, transporte, acceso rápido a la Costa Verde, y con todo al alcance de la mano. El lugar es acogedor, moderno y muy cómodo, ideal tanto para viajes cortos como para estancias un poco más largas. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, lo recomendaría una y mil veces. ¡Gracias por todo!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement ! Le logement est très moderne, impeccablement propre et offre une vue sur la mer vraiment agréable. Le quartier est super, sécurisé et animé, avec de nombreux restaurants de qualité à proximité où nous avons particulièrement apprécié dîner. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

We loved staying at this apartment with a stunning view. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, easy to walk around. Vladimir was very responsive to every question. This was a great experience with great views and the sound of the ocean!

Estuve alojado durante un mes en el departamento de Pablo y la experiencia fue fantástica. El lugar es tal y como lo describe; amplio, con mucha luz y ventilación natural. Todo limpio y con una atención constante a cualquier circunstancia que pudiera surgir para atenderla de inmediato. Ubicado en una zona tranquila, de fácil acceso y muy cerca de comercios, zonas de ocio y transporte público. Sin duda, de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en airbnb, la recomiendo sea cual sea la necesidad que se tenga. Un lugar ideal para estar en Lima.

Mi familia y yo estamos muy agradecidos con el trato de Gianfranco y Renzo. Aunque hubo (por mi parte) alguna descoordinación ellos estuvieron atentos a todo. El apartamento tiene de todo, está además muy limpio y cuidado .Está en una zona tranquila, y accesible. Vale la pena quedarse aquí. Gracias por todo a los 2

This is an amazing stay everything close by. Only pointer I would say is the hot water finishes fast but other than that everything was great and the hosts were the best!

El mejor lugar para alojarnos , Claudia una excelente anfitriona con un trato muy cordial y amigable, la casa es maravillosa 100 % recomendable. Lleve a mi hijo de un año y amo la casa desde el primer momento , estábamos cerca a restaurantes y una ubicación cerca a todo. El jardín de la casa es una maravilla, volveré muy pronto.

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

Excelente casa muy acogedora para grupos grandes, hermoso patio con hermosos árboles y Flores, y una tortuga que causó sensacion a mis niños. 100% recomendada. Todo inmaculado.

Amazing view from both main bedroom and living room. Lots of space in the bunk room. WiFi worked great & the building is very safe. I stayed with my family including 2 children and we had no issues. Host are very responsive and gave very detailed instructions for everything. Would recommend and would stay again.

where to begin? the view is amazing and the location is prime. the check in was super easy and the stay was way comfortable. highly recommend this place iver looking the ocean full of activities near the piers.

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

Sobre el alojamiento muy cómodo, seguro y se sentía como en casa. Por otra parte, sobre la recepción muy buena atención y amable al momento del check in; en resumen todo muy bien.

Me hospedé 4 días y fueron como en casa, cómodos, de fácil acceso para ir a conocer lugares, un lugar muy bien ubicado, tal cual muestra en la fotos, de hecho volvería a hospedarme nuevamente con ustedes. :)
