Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Our family (daughters ages 19 & 21) loved Casa Achara! The convenience to beach and town was unmatched. After a busy morning/afternoon it was great to come back and lounge in the pool to plan our next move. We joined the band which played below us one night, and the other nights, while we heard the music from 9:30-11:30, it was nothing that a sound machine from my phone couldn’t drown out. Ebony’s recommendations were fantastic. A tequila tasting at the house with David at Taste of Sayulita was the perfect thing to kick off our stay. Captain Pato took us fishing/snorkeling one day. We caught a ton of fish and then made some ceviche for us to enjoy. We asked them to clean one fish for us and we cooked that at the house that evening, paired with pasta and we made fresh margaritas from leftover tequila. Ally Cat trip to Marietas Islands was is a MUST! Umbrellas/chairs at Don Pantaleon’s were $15 - service was great! Thai food cooked by Ebony’s husband Sam topped off a perfect stay!

Excelente ubicación, es igual a las fotografías compartidas, Yoli siempre está pendiente, buena comunicación con ella. El área de alberca tiene una vista maravillosa y el agua está cálida! En recepción nos atendieron bastante bien Sin duda volveremos!!!

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a peaceful time. There was a gate right onto the beach. The location sort of in a corner of the town provided convenience to get to the center of town and a quiet spot to rest and relax. It served my needs perfectly and I would recommend it. Nancy and Mike were always responsive. Easy to find when needed. I recommend this room. It was the off season so not many other guests. I have the feeling that during Winter the whole town gets busy, including the grounds of the property.

Amazing value for the location and amenities. Everything was as described. It was the little thing’s like the Beach chair, water, coffee filters, toiletries that made this an easy place to stay for the week. The location is perfect. You are away from home the noise of the city center but can easily be down there within a 10 min walk. The entrance to the beach is maybe 5 mins away. If you like Pickle ball there is a new club up by the sports bar which is maybe a 7 min walk. If you want to fish just go to the boats at the other end of town and ask for Chilo. He will put you on fish! I highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Le logement offre une belle intimité en ayant la cours intérieur. Une belle espace pour profiter du Rbnb. San pancho est vivante tout en étant calme et chaleureuse. Nous avons fait des belles rencontres , passer du bon temps à la plage et toujours très bien manger. Le Rbnb as tout ce qu’il faut pour allez à la plage.

When we 1st arrived our impression!! Wow! Beautiful landscape and 2 pools! Owner lives on the top section of home and there’s other units on front side were you enter that are more like a suite unit 2 beautiful pools and beautiful few like being on a mountain top looking down onto the town of Sayulita. Our unit was a 3 bedroom bungalow it was nice with beautiful view but a little dated with kitchen items. We had some hippcups with water but Suzanne did her best to manage the best she could. We ended up eating out every day but restaurants were tasty. We would definitely return we felt very safe there and view is amazing. Suzanne was very sweet and accommodating. If you want total privacy this is not for you. Staff is always there if you need something. Thank you for having us!😘

La casa muy linda, muy cómoda, nos sentimos como en casa toda la estadía. La anfitriona al pendiente de todo. Todo muy limpio y muy cercano al mar. Lo recomendamos mucho. Muchas gracias

Tuvimos una gran experiencia en el alojamiento de Melanie. Es un lugar limpio que cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable, tal cual como se observa en las fotografías. Está muy bien ubicado a tan solo unas cuadras de la playa y a unos pasos de tiendas o restaurantes. La comunicación siempre fue excelente y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente volveríamos.

Had a fantastic stay at Gustavo's place. Beautiful AirBNB with an extraordinary view. open concept living and downstairs area. The upstairs are harder to get to, might not be young kids friendly but for adults it was a stunning place.

Excelente el departamento muy tranquilo y cómodo para descansar,mu limpio y ordenado, tiene buena ubicación, se la pasas agusto en la alberca todo la atención del anfitrión y el personal de vigilancia muy amables lo recomiendo al 100%

The patio was my favorite part. I like that kind of amenties. Watching the moon come from behind the mountains. It's so beautiful. The place is easy to get to. It's in the heart of Versalles. A lot of restaurants. Mall few minutes walk away and easy to get to the beach as well. We took an Uber and it was a 5 min drive, so not far at all. There is security there as well. So very secure. Overall, had a lovely stay.

Nos encantó el departamento, la ubicación excelente, el departamento amplio y súper limpio, Rodrigo muy atento, lo recomiendo al 100%. Nosotros viajamos a una convención y buscamos algo cerca del hotel del evento, pero sin duda cuando vayamos de vacaciones, nos hospedaríamos en el depa de Rodrigo.

el apartamento está ubicado a 2 minutos de Soriana, lo cual es muy conveniente, está a 15 minutos de la playa, y el lugar es muy tranquilo y seguro, las fotos coinciden con el lugar, todo es muy bonito y muy limpio, llegamos un poco antes y pudimos entrar sin problema, Vania muy amable :) también está a 10 minutos caminando del aeropuerto, súper bien!

Oz was wonderful. He picked me up at the airport which made everything so easy. Location was excellent with restaurants and bars right out the door. Short walk to the bay. The place was very nicely decorated and well appointed with everything that you need. The balconies were a big plus. Noise was not a problem for me, but I was there during a slower time. I would definitely rent again!

Bonito departamento se cuenta con todo para una estancia agradable, respecto a la alberca si no se pudo utilizar mucho ya que si la notamos algo turbia el agua (verde) y con mucha ojarazca tal vez un poco más de limpieza sería perfecto, en los demás puntos todo super bien, todo para estar cómodos dentro del departamento, llevamos carro si debes buscar estacionamiento ya que no cuentan con alguno pero pues no genera mucho tema. Nos bien con la anfitriona. Hay más departamentos y habitaciones dentro del terreno, de preferencia es mejor que los huéspedes guarden sus cosas para que no se confunda con cosas a prestamo que da el anfitrión.
