Holiday rentals with a hot tub in La Peñita de Jaltemba

The house is very nice, very comfortable, we felt right at home throughout the stay. The host is attentive to everything. Everything was very clean and very close to the sea. We highly recommend it. Thank you very much

The house is very nice and spacious, we were 2 adults, a child and a baby so we had a lot of space left over. The only thing we didn't like is that they are very austere haha let's see if I can make myself understood, it wasn't anything bad but there were no details, for example, there was no water to drink, which had never happened to us, they always left us water, even if it was a few bottles or drinks in the refrigerator since generally the check-in is just when it's hottest, with the cost of the house I think it wouldn't lower the profit if they had a little detail but apart from that everything was fine, of course we would return to that or another house managed by the same hosts since there was good communication and kindness on their part. The subdivision is beautiful as always. The club is under renovation but at least the largest pool was working, the only bad thing there are the waiters, there are few but there is little work, even so they are slow to serve but the food is very good and cheaper than in restaurants

This home was perfect for our family. We have three boys, 13/11/9, and the proximity to the beach and pool created endless activities. The view from the back porch is priceless, the small community is very friendly, and all of Sayulita is easily walkable from the house. Best yet, there is a really tasty restaurant just across the street and a local stand that has everything you need. I recommend this location for any family with small kids.

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

An Excellent place to stay in Nuevo Vallarta. The huge house, comfortable, modern and functional. The great pool and hot tub. The temperature of the Jacuzzi allows you to enjoy it from the early hours of the day to the night. Exceptional cleaning and maintenance staff. Restaurants, plaza, places of distraction, adventures and beaches super close by. Undoubtedly the best place to Hospedarse in Nuevo Vallarta.

Excellent place. Very close to everything but in a fairly quiet area. Flexible check-in and check-out times and the best thing is that they accept pets.

This was an amazing property. The hosts were very responsive when an issue came up with the water heater or if we had any other questions. The beds were more firm than we are accustomed to but that wasnt a big deal. The house was in a secure and peaceful location within walking distance of restaurants and bars.

Fausto was an amazing host. He was super flexible with the check in time and very proactive about reaching out to us to see if we needed anything. The place was also super amazing and the mangos in the backyard were delicious!

This spot in Sayulita was perfect! The host was amazing and helped us plan airport transport, golf cart rental, and a private chef dinner at the place. Seriously such a great stay! The maid came frequently and was amazing! The AC units in the bedrooms worked great! But just a warning that there are no ACs in the living area/kitchen/bathrooms, so they get pretty warm. Especially the bathrooms that are open to the outside, they get very very hot by the end of the day. Not a deal breaker, just something to be warned about. Overall, we had a great stay and the location and experience was one to remember!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The outdoor space was truly the highlight—the pool was absolutely fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside.

We absolutely loved Rafael's house and would love to come back every year. Our crew of 2 families (4 adults + 4 kids under 4) fit perfect and had ample space, more than we needed. Highlights include: - The pool is large as is the outdoor area surrounding it, and the house is right on the beach. - It's an easy walk into town (either on the beach or on the roads). We rented golf carts as well which helped us go into town easily. - The mezcal bar across the street as well! - Rafael is so friendly and attentive. When we were noticing a lot of ants in certain areas of the house, he took care of it immediately. When we needed a new water jug, he replaced it immediately. - Big living room area for kids to play and large dining room table for big groups. - Incredible beach view and hearing the sound of waves all week was so lovely! Advice: Ask Rafael for contact information for Enrique, who helped us book a chef and cleaner for a few nights while we were there!

Great getaway from the city noise. The place has an amazing ocean view. The staff in the residence were also really nice and helpful. Samantha was responsive to our questions and made the check in process easy. The views are worth the drive out of PV.

We had an amazing stay at Calorine and Vince’s Villa La Estancia Penthouse! Everything was top notch! The unit is extremely well appointed and maintained. We only used 1603 A and the king bed was very comfortable. I’m pretty particular about the bedding, the bed was perfectly comfortable and we both had very good sleep. The unit is very private, we absolutely took advantage of the large terrace with incredible views of the ocean and the resort. We also loved the amenities. Best of both worlds. The comfort of a home with access to 5 star resort. The staff was always very attentive. We enjoyed walking on the beach to Bucerias. We are already planning our next family vacation and would love to stay at this unit again. So happy we found this gem! A minor inconvenience, it would have been nice to have essentials like olive oil, salt and pepper and dish soap, however, there is a small store where you can get these on the resort. Thank you for this lovely stay.

Great spot for a bachelorette party! Lots of space for a bigger group, well-stocked kitchen, and easily walkable to town. Would stay again!
