Bright and well equipped it offers a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Free parking on street and a private garage is available. Shops, restaurants and weekly market are all within a 5 mn walk. Direct access to Nantes by train 15 mn walk. Easy access, just 3km away, to the A 11 motorway to Nantes and Paris.
