Holiday rentals with a patio in La Matanza Partido

This place was fantastic! It's way better than the pictures. We were really impressed. The apartment was super clean and very spacious, it comes with air con and secure electronic gated parking. Everything was great and we loved our week-long stay. The host, Sol, was very friendly and welcoming, she replied to all our messages instantly and helped with everything we needed. We were impressed with how helpful and kind she was. The apartment is down a nice and quiet street and less than one minute walk away you have an amazing coffee shop cafe with incredible cakes. It's close to a supermarket and shopping mall, but if you're staying here you'll want your own transport to get around. Overall, excellent accommodation, excellent host and we highly recommend it! Sebastian was flexible and easy to deal with. The place is as shown in pics and description, it was aligned to my expectations. The location is great in Ramos Mejia, close to commercial areas and restaurants.

The place met our expectations, everything was clean and tidy. A place to rest and to walk, it has several restaurants, with a variety of options. Everything is also within reach, such as a supermarket, rotisserie, pharmacy, etc. We had a super comfortable time and were able to enjoy our free time, as I went for a family matter.

The stay at this depto. has been nice. it has a powerful AC and everything works well at the house.

The hostess has always been very friendly and helpful. We loved the apartment, met our expectations and more. We will be back for another visit that we do. As I said, it has a very nice patio and garden, plus it has everything you need to spend a stay there with the family. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants for dining out or coffee. Close to access to public transport and highway, it is very conveniently located. Super recommended☺️!

The owners are very attentive and friendly. The house: Impeccable inside and out. Cleaning, order, equipment, details, excellent internet service, I was able to work without problems. Beautiful outdoor space, always clean pool, we had days of sun and rain and it really was a place to relax and unwind, which was our purpose. We enjoyed every corner, we loved it. Definitely to stay again, recommended. Thank you for making our homelessness, we will be back.🐾🤗

The place is small but had everything we needed, we were very comfortable! And the best part is that I was able to bring my pets without any problems

Everything is excellent!! The property is just as seen in the photos, it has spacious environments very well equipped. The facilities and furnishings are in very good condition. We went to spend the weekend with friends and were very comfortable. Sergio welcomed us and explained how everything works (really very easy), it was also very easy to coordinate with him to check in and out and he was very willing to give us anything we needed. The house is ready to spend some nice days of rest, the place is quiet and is in a safe area meters from the Au collector. Ezeiza - Cañuelas, which makes access easy and quick to get there. The rooms have all the amenities, the internet connection is very good (it flies!!), and the park is very spacious and has sun loungers, quincho and swimming pool for a complete end. Very good experience, it served us to rest and met our expectations highly.

Very large and comfortable house for several people. He has some problems with the water to use the 3 bathrooms at once but the rest is fine.

Nacho was an amazing host. He was able to accommodate me staying a little later since my flight left late. He was always responsive and very helpful. I appreciated that very much. The area was right next to the airport and safe. His house was very comfortable. Hec even had wine and beer for purchase if we wanted. He recommended a local restaurant which was very good and well priced. Definitely would stay here again.

Our hosts were super kind and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and helped us out figuring out our transportation needs. Close to airport which is exactly what we needed. Easy walk to grocery stores. Thanks again for hosting us!

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

Beautiful experience!! The whole stay was very pleasant, the apartment is spacious and comfortable for the 8 people who were there, it is also located in a very beautiful area of the city near the parks and only a few minutes from downtown. Lucia's attention was excellent, she was always attentive and very predisposed with everything.
