Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement. L’hôte a été extrêmement professionnel et attentif à nos besoins. L’appartement est parfaitement situé, à proximité de toutes les commodités, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche un hébergement confortable et bien situé. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Best place in Tunis! You are super close to the airport and can grab a taxi at a fair price. The Wi-Fi is super fast, and the shower/bath has great hot water. The elevators can be aggressive, which can close on you if you are not quick enough. Nonetheless, the unit was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen. Samira and the team were very attentive, with strong communication. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe. I would recommend it to friends and family. 10/10.

Superbe appartement très cosy, de plus Hedi et Sabrina sont très accueillant et sympathique, je vous recommande fortement, même le quartier et sympas des cafés ouverts toutes la nuit ainsi que des supérette.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for a month and Fahd was a very nice host and anytime we needed anything or had any problems he was quick to help. It has a big open living room kitchen and dining room which is a great hangout spot. Very big TV as well. One thing to note is that it has two showers but only one toilet in a separate bathroom not attached to any of the rooms. The master living room also has a big window up high on the wall facing the living room. No one can really see in but it is a little strange and lets in light from the living room if people are in there. But neighbors were nice and it is a 5-10 minute taxi ride away from lots of restaurants, the beach, Roman baths, Carrefour, and other stores. Would recommend as we enjoyed our stay. This was the perfect family-friendly or couple spot. The host thoughtfully provided all necessary needs, making the stay even more confortable. The host Issam was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Die Wohnung ist ein orientalischer Traum! Wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet auf drei Etagen mit allem was das Herz begehrt, einschließlich lauschiger Dachterrasse. Zentrumsnah und doch ruhig gelegen. Der nette Herr, der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, hatte zudem gute Gastrotipps auf Lager. Empfehlung: Frühstück im Café inmitten des nahegelegenen Parks von Sidi Bouzid. Vielfältig und Riesenportionen!

Votre logement très propre, literie et linge lit de très haute qualité. ❤️ Dommage que la troisième chambre n'est pas pourvue un grand lit !😉 Climatisation partout 😃 2 salles de bain ( salle d'eau ,douche à l' Italienne ) et une avec baignoire. Logement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Merci 🙏🏻

Kaïs s’est montré très réactif et agréable, avec une arrivée très souple. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et est très bien situé pour ceux qui veulent accéder rapidement à Carthage, La Marsa et Sidi Bou Saïd. On garde l’adresse !

Our stay was perfect. The location can’t get any better. We were close to everything we needed, and especially the beach. I wish our holiday was longer so we could enjoy this place more.

great location with a lot of space. we enjoyed the patio and did some cooking in the kitchen. just a couple blocks from la marsa beach and all the shops and restaurants. also very easy to park! thanks to hela and Mrs Sonia for a pleasant stay!

Seule petite difficulté j’ai eu du mal à avoir accès à la boîte à clé 🔑 avec ma petite taille 😅 et qui est très proche du murée de la porte hhh ! The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Le logement était propre, identique aux photos et très cosy! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Chema. Les restaurants sont à proximités, le logement est bien situé pour visitez un peu partout sans faire trop de route, et un magasin alimentaire se trouve juste au coin de la rue. Le jardin était un vrai plus et nous avons adoré prendre notre petit-déjeuné sur la terrasse. De plus, Chema est très accueillante et très réactive en cas de besoin! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir passer un prochain séjour dans ce logement.

Excellent logement pratique, très propre et très bien placé à la Marsa. Je le recommande à tout voyageur solo ou couple qui veut un logement central. Chaima était parfaitement réactive 👍🏽

Good value apartment, well equipped and spacious. The neighborhood of El Wahat has everything for daily needs in walking distance, and centrally located near airport, and about 10 dinar taxi to city centre or la marsa. I stayed a couple months and the host was very responsive to any needs and very nice to deal with. I would recommend this place.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Zahmoul ! Le logement était parfaitement propre, bien équipé et très confortable…. L’accueil a été chaleureux. L’emplacement est top, calme et proche de tout ce qu’il faut. Je recommande à 100 % et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci encore !

This flat is huge and calm. There is anything one needs there for staying and spending time there. Clean, and secure. Would definitely recommend it.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Samis Unterkunft in Tunis. Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit ihm hervorragend – er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und uns ein hilfreiches Video mit der Wegbeschreibung geschickt. Vor Ort hat er uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm, ruhig und gut gelegen – mit einer ausgezeichneten Bäckerei und mehreren Shops in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir können Samis Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
