We had an exceptional stay in this apartment. The host was extremely professional and attentive to our needs. The apartment is perfectly located, close to all amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and good location. Best place in Tunis! You are super close to the airport and can grab a taxi at a fair price. The Wi-Fi is super fast, and the shower/bath has great hot water. The elevators can be aggressive, which can close on you if you are not quick enough. Nonetheless, the unit was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen. Samira and the team were very attentive, with strong communication. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe. I would recommend it to friends and family. 10/10.

It was enough place to stay with 6 people. We were quite comfortable. When ı arrived the house it was really clean and tidy. Location is about 500 meters far than as shown on airbnb. But it's okey. We couldn't work microwave and toaster . apart from this everything was good. you can prefer it freely.

Beautiful apartment, very cozy, plus Hedi and Sabrina are very welcoming and friendly, I highly recommend it, even the neighborhood and nice cafes open all night as well as supermarkets.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for a month and Fahd was a very nice host and anytime we needed anything or had any problems he was quick to help. It has a big open living room kitchen and dining room which is a great hangout spot. Very big TV as well. One thing to note is that it has two showers but only one toilet in a separate bathroom not attached to any of the rooms. The master living room also has a big window up high on the wall facing the living room. No one can really see in but it is a little strange and lets in light from the living room if people are in there. But neighbors were nice and it is a 5-10 minute taxi ride away from lots of restaurants, the beach, Roman baths, Carrefour, and other stores. Would recommend as we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is an oriental dream! Beautifully and lovingly designed on three floors with everything your heart desires, including a cozy roof terrace. Close to the center yet quiet. The nice gentleman who handed us the apartment also had good guest tips in stock. Recommendation: Breakfast in the cafe in the middle of the nearby park of Sidi Bouzid. Diverse and huge portions!

Your accommodation is very clean, bedding and bed linen of very high quality. ❤️ Too bad the third bedroom does not have a double bed!😉 Air conditioning everywhere 😃 2 bathrooms (shower room, walk-in shower) and one with bathtub. Accommodation up to our expectations. Thank you 🙏🏻

Kais is great and I would recommend this house! The only downside is the location as there isn't much to do in the neighbourhood but if you're looking for a quiet place to relax, this place is perfect!

Our stay was perfect. The location can’t get any better. We were close to everything we needed, and especially the beach. I wish our holiday was longer so we could enjoy this place more.

great location with a lot of space. we enjoyed the patio and did some cooking in the kitchen. just a couple blocks from la marsa beach and all the shops and restaurants. also very easy to park! thanks to hela and Mrs Sonia for a pleasant stay!

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

The place was clean, the same as the photos, and very cozy! We had a great time at Chema's place. Restaurants are nearby, the place is well located to visit everywhere without driving too much, and a food store is just around the corner. The garden was a real plus and we loved having breakfast on the terrace. In addition, Chema is very welcoming and very responsive when needed! We'll be back for a future stay at this listing.

Good value apartment, well equipped and spacious. The neighborhood of El Wahat has everything for daily needs in walking distance, and centrally located near airport, and about 10 dinar taxi to city centre or la marsa. I stayed a couple months and the host was very responsive to any needs and very nice to deal with. I would recommend this place.

This flat is huge and calm. There is anything one needs there for staying and spending time there. Clean, and secure. Would definitely recommend it.

Anis is a really clean host. When I went home, she had just washed the towels and the bed was clean. There were napkins and soaps in the toilet. The house is very nice, above the big market.

We had a great stay at Sami's accommodation in Tunis. Even in advance, the communication with him was excellent – he always responded very quickly and sent us a helpful video with directions. On site, he provided us with great tips and was consistently friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was very clean and we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. The neighborhood is pleasant, quiet and well located – with an excellent bakery and several shops in the immediate vicinity. We can absolutely recommend Sami's accommodation and would come back anytime!
