Amazing top floor 280 degree views from all rooms- ocean, city or marina. Great balconies, lots of space for the entire family. Location was perfect, 2 minute walk from the beach, loads of restaurants close by and the Oxxo on the main floor was very convenient and fair price for anything you need. On-site staff were friendly and helpful and using DiDi was an inexpensive way to get to any far away locations. Host met us on site to check in, very informative and helpful in getting us settled in right away. Will definitely be back.

The apartment of Héctor has a very good location it is just as in the photos, very clean, very nice and cozy. Communication for any questions was immediate. I RECOMMEND IT.

Very good place to spend a few quiet days, the location is very good if you want to be away from the disaster but close to tourist attractions. The host great despite being always paying holidays, we had an issue with the water heater that he immediately resolved. Totally recommended place.

A great host, constant and effective communication, clear instructions. A safe and quiet space in the subdivision with restaurant options, grocery store and beautiful beaches nearby. The house is clean and well maintained, with a clean and functional kitchen and bathrooms. The rooms well laid out and with comfortable beds. Air conditioning throughout the house, nice lighted terrace for an overnight stay.

First off i want to say thank you to Rodrigo he’s a great host and he really took care of us as if we were family. Rodrigo was able to find solutions for everything and would always communicate with me in a timely manner. Thank you again for the hospitality i really enjoyed the beautiful house and my weekend in Mazatlan.

I highly recommend the Sundeck, the area is the best in Playa de la Marina del Cid, very quiet area, we enjoyed the beach at the maxcimo and Kirk's apartment is beautiful with everything you need to have a great stay. Breakfast in the dining room on the balcony of the best with the sea in front. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much Kirk!
