Luxury villa a few meters from the Mediterranean Sea, consists of 5 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The three upper rooms have sea views. Outside we find a wonderful infinity pool not heated with part adapted for children, deckchairs, barbecue, outdoor toilet and parking area for several cars. There is also an area fitted out for rest and relaxation in the shade with sun beds , a sofa and a bar in the pool area. Inside we are on the first floor, a large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and rest area, plus two bedrooms with their own bathrooms The large windows in the living room directly connect the house with the garden and pool On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms with a terrace, each with its own bathroom. Enjoy this wonderful villa with charm. For this property a deposit of 1500€ is requested,which will be charged at the Virtual POS (card) at the time of check-in. and will be returned after 48h, after checking the property, as long as there is no damage or breakage and there has been no complaint for noise/music after 24.00. PARTIES IN THE VILLA, smoking or the use of smoke machines are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. The deposit will be retained if there are complaints from neighbours or the authorities, to cover possible fines. In order to confirm your reservation we kindly request a 30% advance by transfer. This deposit will be refunded in full in the event of any COVID-related restriction preventing access to or use of the flat.

Villa ME is located in Rojales there is a mistake in the address on the Airbnb location , gate number is 16( not 7) and we cannot correct it at the moment , in the area of Alicante , a short car distance from the sea overlooking the beautiful lake view from the terrace. Villa is brand new, very spacious. Three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. nice pool , sub beds and terrace furniture to enjoy your holidays. Traveling with friends will still give you a lot of privacy. Revisit Apartments

This 130 sq. m. villa offers a lot of privacy with a spacious outdoor area, private pool and rooftop terrace. From the rooftop you have an amazing view over the area, which is hilly, green and calm, dominated by pine and orange trees. San Miquel is the nearest village, known for it's caves and authentic feel. Las Cuevas is a fantastic restaurant located inside one of the caves. The Villa is located near some of the best golf courses in Costa Blanca, including the famous Las Colinas.
