La casa a pasado la certificación de limpieza de Covid-19 por la consejería de Murcia. Ideal para trabajar ya que dispone de un estudio con todas las comodidades de una oficina.

This ideally located property, at km 3 is close to Plaza Bohemia, Peke Park, Club Nautic, Zoco. the house has direct access to the beach. the house has a fully equipped kitchen with ground floor shower, under build double bedroom, with 2 further bedrooms on first floor serviced by another shower room. there is a wrap around balcony with views to the west over the mar menor to take in the daily beautiful sunsets. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich und Bad. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und der Zugang zur oberen Terrasse.
