Located on Route 132, on the river side, close to Rimouski and the beautiful Bic National Park (10 minutes by car), this warm house (plex) is decorated with unique paintings signed by the Casavant family, adding a touch of soul to each room. Its terrace, perched 300 feet above the majestic river, offers breathtaking sunsets. The most adventurous can go down to the beach to enjoy unique river scenery. A change of scenery is guaranteed!

The exterior was renovated in 2021 and the house is now RED IN COLOR. The interior of the home was renovated in 2017. Beach access and BBQ in the field. 3 km from downtown Sainte-Flavie, 5 km from Mont-Joli and 30 minutes' drive from Rimouski town. Cleaning is done by a cleaning company.

Sea-level residence

Really spectacular site. This accommodation is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides light but not a view of the river. You can, however, go out into the yard and have direct access to a long walk along the waterfront. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing).
