La Clef des Champs 61, a farmhouse with character in the heart of Perche, fully renovated and tastefully decorated, for 6 to 10 people. Enjoy a moment in the countryside with friends or family in a comfortable and warm place, and discover our beautiful Perche region: charming villages, hilly countryside, hiking trails, as well as all its shops, flea markets and good restaurants! High-end accommodation, fully private with enclosed garden and unobstructed views of the countryside.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

In the early morning, you can enjoy your breakfast (included) on the terrace and in the "coffee corner".

Frédéric and Laura welcome you to their farmhouse, in a barn completely renovated in 2022. Come and enjoy this peaceful place in the countryside, 25 minutes from Le Mans. Apart from our home, your only neighbors will be our cows. You will have all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Your year-round heated indoor pool adjoining the living room will allow you to enjoy it in any season as well as the Nordic bath.
