This old farmhouse from 1828 is situated in the heart of the Morvan regional nature reserve hidden in the middle of the woods, surrounded by animals, ponds and hiking paths nearby. It has four rooms and six beds (four double beds and two single beds), a large living room with a grand piano and a chimney, a big kitchen, a winter garden and a backyard with a fireplace for barbecues. The numerous wild and domesticated animals as well as the abundant vegetation will brighten your stay. Two wooden cabins, an old gypsy wagon or a small apartment can complete the accommodation if you are more than ten people. It is close to Mount Beuvray and Bibracte (a huge archeological site where lived the gallo romans), the historical town of Autun, a small river, lakes, hiking paths and the Haut Folin. There are different options available such as, sauna, Canadian outside bath, massages, rental of an old car, meals upon reservation, etc. Don’t hesitate to call before coming (no, you don’t disturb :)), so we can talk about your stay, arrival and eventual additional wishes.

Authentic detached gîte

Our detached house has a fantastic view. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.
