Les personnes en quête de nature, aimant la mer et la campagne, l'histoire, les sports nautiques, la marche et le VTT vont y trouver leur bonheur. Ce gîte idéalement placé pour visiter la région à 35min du Mt St-Michel et de Granville avec liaisons aux iles anglo-normandes et à 1h des plages du débarquement.

Nous proposons à la location, dans le bourg de Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, cette charmante longère rénovée en 2024. D’une surface de 90 m², elle peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 voyageurs. Elle comprend une pièce à vivre de 45 m², une cuisine équipée, deux chambres, une salle de bain, des WC séparés, ainsi qu’un extérieur d’environ 100 m². 15mn de Villedieu les Poêles 45mn du Mont Saint Michel /plages du débarquement 17 km de la mer loue maison avec mezzanine dans un endroit calme et verdoyant 10 mn à pied des commerces(super marché essence coiffeur boulangeries boucher laverie banque médecin) draps fournis . Location des serviettes pas d'animaux barbecue . I y a des emplacements pour recharger sa voiture électrique dans gavray. Nous n'acceptons pas de rechargement sur les prises du gîte.

However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
