Pour accéder au logement, il faudra monter un escalier L’appartement comprend: une chambre, une salle à manger équipé d’un canapé convertible, une cuisine équipée: lave vaisselle, four, micro onde, réfrigérateur. Dans la maison vous disposerez d'une cuisine équipée et dînatoire, un salon avec un canapé convertible, un espace chambre, une salle de bain et WC séparés.

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Nestled in Sebourg, a green setting a few kms from Valenciennes in northern France, a charming cottage dating back to 1938 awaits you. Combining charm and authenticity, it offers a peaceful living environment while opening onto a wooded and flowered garden with the trees of the park of Sebourg Castle in the background. Pretty wood paneling, its original cement tiles and large windows allowing you a perfect communion with nature further accentuate its charm.

The ramparts, the New Zealand Memorial, the museum and the recreation center are reached by foot in minutes. The house is located on the town square and several events take place regularly (flower market, funfair, milk festival, Christmas market, etc.) in front of the house.
